UFC star Israel Adesanya is set to seek immediate redemption in a UFC rematch with Alex Pereira in April, despite his coach advising that he takes a break before the facing the new champion again.

'The Last Stylebender' lost his UFC middleweight crown to long-term rival Pereira late last year after being stopped in the final round of their encounter.

However after talks were held shortly after his loss, Adesanya had his second meeting with 'Poatan' confirmed for April 9 in Miami.
His trainer Eugene Bareman believes he could have benefitted from the fight being scheduled in May or June but they will be prepared for the sharp turnaround nonetheless.
