Lagos State Football Association, Suspend FA Cup Competition

In view of the uncertainties going on across the States, the Lagos State Football Association has appealed to football stakeholders to defer the kick off of the LSFA/BETWGB Lagos FA Cup.

As a responsible Football Association, the FA has temporarily suspended the start of BETWGB/LSFA FA CUP Rooky Matches scheduled to hold this Saturday and Sunday, February 18/19, 2023.

According to the statement made available to Apexmedia2020.blogspot.com by the secretary of the Lagos State FA, Akeem Rabiu-Okikiopos, this is necessary in order to have seamless kick off of matches and to ensure the safety of players, match officials and fans.

He stated that further information formation would be communicated to stakeholders on the new kick off date.
