Naija Ratels Lay Siege Against Queens In Owerri

The second round of the Nigeria Women Premiership Football League resumes this week and Naija Ratels are set to battle Heartland Queens in Owerri today, Thursday February 16th 2023.

This fixture is one which the Abuja based Ratel are looking forward to picking an away points and the owner of the club Barrister Paul Edeh is optimistic that his club will pull an upset in the East.

Ratel are 6th on the log in group A but it is not yet a guarantee for relegation and the team need to ensure they do not drop more points in this second round.

In a chat with Apexmedia2020.blogspot.com Barrister Edeh said the team had intensified their preparations, worked on lapses from their previous games.

"We are in high spirits and we are good to go".
