The Secretary General of the Nigeria Football Federation, Alhaji Sanusi Mohammed has responded to the allegation levelled against his office concerning the case of Nigeria club side Cynosure Fc and FIFA.
The easy going NFF Scribe described the story peddled by the Chairman of Cynosure Prince Nwaeze Chidiebere as untrue.
"We had discussions with him several times and I advised him on what to do. GS is a clearing house. There are schedules officers for jobs".
According to him, there was discussions going on with FIFA and same was forwarded to him when it needed his attention.
"We are not part of the agreement between him and FC Ifeanyi Ubah and we can only give assistance regarding corresponding with FIFA when necessary".
The world football governing body FIFA slammed the sum of 10,000 Swiss Franc on Nigerian local clubside, Cynosure for breach of transfer rules.
Cynosure FC said, the breach occurred as a result of misinterpretation of the regulations in question by the NFF.
"This is strictly club business issue and we as an organisation, we have to be careful the way we approach it because FIFA frowns at issues of indebtedness".
