2022-23 NNL: Go For Victory Against Madiba FC, Faseluka Charges Ekiti United

The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Ekiti State, Mrs Tola Faseluka has tasked Ekiti United to beat Madiba FC in today's Nigeria National League opener in Lagos.

Mrs Faseluka threw this challenge to the Kehinde Anjorin led side before the team departure for Lagos yesterday.

She said the Ministry would continue to ensure that the club under Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji led administration gets adequate support in terms of welfare packages.

"I followed your preseason preparation but you have to translate those good results now to the league proper by ensuring you start on a winning note on Tuesday in Lagos.

"A win against Madiba FC will be confident-booster for you to start the new league campaign. We will continue to support you in prayers as you go make the State proud.

"Please, I urged you all to work as a team in other to make this come to fruition," said the Permanent Secretary.

The encounter between Madiba FC and Ekiti United will kick-off by 2p.m at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Stadium, Lagos.

Japan Invitational Tournament: Future Eagles to reopen camp in Abuja with 25 players The Future Eagles will resume camping in Abuja on Friday (19/05/2023) ahead of the Dream Cup invitational tournament in Japan. Coach Haruna Ilerika has already extended invitations to 25 players ahead of the tournament. All the invited players have been told to report at the Serob Hotel, Abuja.
