I Urinated On The Pitch To Save Shooting Stars From Akwa United's Juju - Auwal Cries Out

Suspended Mohammed Auwal who famously urinated on the Lekan Salami stadium in a game between Shooting Stars of Ibadan and Akwa United of Uyo is speaking up immediately after he was hammered with suspension by the LMC.

Regretting his action, Auwal recounts how it all happened to Apexmedia2020.blogspot.com

According to him, Auwal Mohammed said he had accosted Akwa United coach and players on their way to the turf to prevent them from planting any voodoo on it before kickoff.

To clear his conscience, Akwa United Coach Mr. Ayeni had him invited to their prayer session at the centre circle of the pitch, an invitation he didn't oblige.

Shortly after Akwa had had their prayers and sprayed what they described as holy water on the pitch, Auwal raced towards Ayeni to ascertain why they poured what he described as 'juju water' on the pitch.

So as to ensure the safety of his players, Auwal had no other option but to urinate on the turf as a way of neutralising any spiritual charms.

Mohammed Auwal, the Shooting Stars Camp Commandant was suspended from all NPFL related activities for the duration of 1 year by the IMC for urinating on the pitch.
