Honorary Degree of Doctor Of Science: Ogun FA Congratulates Sir Kesington Adebutu



The Ogun State Football Association this Friday congratulated business mogul and philanthropist, Sir. Kesington Adebukunola Adebutu CON, KJW, FISM who has been conferred with Honorary Degree of Doctor Of Science (D.Sc) by the Prestigious University of Ibadan.


In a congratulatory message, the Chairman of Ogun State Football Association, Alhaji Ganiyu Majekodunmi felicitated the octogenarian and described as well deserved, the recognition.


He said "Congratulations to Baba Adebutu, it's another feather added and very well deserved." On behalf of everyone at the Ogun State Football Association, we felicitate a man who has been a very strong pillar of support, as always, we pray to God to grant him good health all through his years".


The Honorary Degree comes as part of activities marking the 75th Foundation Day of the University of Ibadan.


Sir Kesington Adebutu was recommended for the honour by the joint Council-Senate Committe, Honorary Degrees and Fellowship.

Japan Invitational Tournament: Future Eagles to reopen camp in Abuja with 25 players The Future Eagles will resume camping in Abuja on Friday (19/05/2023) ahead of the Dream Cup invitational tournament in Japan. Coach Haruna Ilerika has already extended invitations to 25 players ahead of the tournament. All the invited players have been told to report at the Serob Hotel, Abuja. Ilerika's boys are among the four teams that will participate at the tournament in Japan. The other three are Japan, Netherlands and the USA. The tournament starts on the 31th of May 2023.
