The renewed interest in Nigerian players in Europe can only be good for the country's football development.

It seems the glory days for Nigerian players are back as more European clubs keep swelling their ranks with players from this country.

Budding star and Access football academy product, Onyenze Elvis is the beautiful bride on the radar of many European clubs just because of his exploits for his academy team in recent times.

The 18 years old Onyenze Elvis who is the top prospect for an Abuja based Access football academy is the cynosure of all eyes for top European football clubs.

The highly talented and gifted player was a couple of months ago scouted by top European scouts and is set to join an Eastern European club in the coming weeks.

The player's profile and stats have risen in recent times following his impeccable performances on games played so far.

The energetic winger has displayed humility and good leadership on and off the pitch at just 18 years of age.

It is no news that some of the country's national teams handlers have been eyeing him for a possible national team call up.

Speaking with the Chairman of Access Football Academy, Segun Timothy Alade who stated that they are finalizing details with an European club for Elvis to ply his trade in a more professional environment.

He stated further that, the management of Access football academy has also received concrete inquiries from other clubs as well but the club will reach a reasonable conclusion regarding the player’s next destination in the coming days.

The dazzling winger is the next big thing for the nation's football and he is prime for the next challenge ahead.

NPFL - STARTIMES DEAL: MALLAM SHUAIBU GARA GOMBE MISLEADING THE SPORTS INDUSTRY IN NIGERIA

NPFL - STARTIMES DEAL: MALLAM SHUAIBU GARA GOMBE MISLEADING THE SPORTS INDUSTRY IN NIGERIA My attention is seriously drawn to the fact that Mallam Gara Gombe clearly shows in his recent submission to the Guardian that he has ill interests and it isn't only about fighting for the interest of local football but also trying to show that he deserves to be the one leading Nigerian football through his open statements against the NPFL leadership he referred to as illegitimate in one of his recent releases. Remember, "what is good for the goose is also good for the garner." It is a fact he desires to get to the top of football leadership in Nigeria and he might feel at this point he alone has the monopoly of football administrative knowledge. Wouldn't you expect others to deliberately begin to employ similar tactics to topple your leadership too?  Gara Gombe said; quote: "Because Nigeria is a dumping ground you illegally appoint people to manage a league they know nothi...
